Andrew Smart and David Brown first established IDC, both are native to South Carolina, proven and knowledgeable in the textile industry. They retired in 2021 with a combined 70 years of experience.
They have since sold the company to Ryan Karr, a diligent businessperson who began a career in the industry back in 2015.
